These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inside Athletics LLC ("Inside Athletics," "we," "us," or "our") website, online community, mobile experience, and related services (the "Services"). Inside Athletics LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Your Responsibility for State Laws

You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you. Minimum-age and parental-consent requirements for online services and social platforms vary by state (for example, California, Florida, and other states have enacted laws imposing age thresholds, parental-consent requirements, or other obligations). By creating an account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age and satisfy any parental-consent requirements applicable to you under the laws of your state and jurisdiction, and you agree to comply with all laws that apply to you. It is your responsibility to know and follow those laws.

Consistent with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Services are not intended for and may not be used by children under 13. If you are a minor under the law of your state, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Services.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information, for all activity under your account, and for keeping your information accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post defamatory, false, or misleading statements
• Share another person's confidential or private information
• Impersonate others
• Post pornographic or obscene content
• Post spam, advertisements, or solicitations
• Engage in illegal or harmful behavior
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Services

You are solely responsible for your conduct and your interactions with other users.

User-Generated Content

Your Rights — You retain ownership of the content you post.

Our License — By posting content, you grant Inside Athletics LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, and publish your content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services and Inside Athletics, including in aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form and in promotional or educational materials (such as social media content and graphics about topics discussed on the Services). This license survives termination of your account and deletion of your content to the extent necessary for our legitimate operational, legal, and promotional purposes. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Moderation Rights — We may remove, edit, or restrict any content or account at any time and for any reason, including for violations of these Terms, our community standards, or to address legal-risk concerns. We are not obligated to store, maintain, or back up your content.

Verification Disclaimer

"Verified Athlete" status confirms identity only. It does not verify the accuracy of any statement made by a user and does not constitute an endorsement by Inside Athletics.

No Professional Advice

Inside Athletics provides a platform for discussion only. Nothing on the Services constitutes medical, legal, mental-health, recruiting, coaching, financial, or compliance advice. Users share personal opinions. You should always consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

No NCAA or Institutional Affiliation

Inside Athletics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any college, university, or athletic department. We do not represent or speak for any institution.

Assumption of Risk; User Content Is Not Verified

You understand and agree that content on the Services is created by users, may be inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or offensive, and is not verified or endorsed by Inside Athletics. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Services and your reliance on any content. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for your interactions with other users.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, the billing cycle, and applicable terms are presented at the point of purchase, and payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding — including the registered trademark Inside Athletics® — are the property of Inside Athletics LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission. All content and materials we provide through the Services (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to Inside Athletics and protected by intellectual-property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inside Athletics LLC and its owners, members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages; for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or reputation; or for any decisions made or actions taken based on information from the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inside Athletics LLC and its owners, members, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your interaction with any other user.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including content license to the extent stated, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
