Anonymous Posting and How We Handle Identity

Inside Athletics allows verified athletes to post anonymously. When you choose to post anonymously, your post is not displayed with your name, username, or profile, and is not attributed to your identity to other users. We do not publicly reveal the identity behind anonymous posts.

We retain underlying records associating accounts with content for security, moderation, legal-compliance, and safety purposes, and we may access this information where necessary to operate the Services, enforce our Terms, respond to legal requests, or protect the safety of users or others. No online system can guarantee perfect anonymity, and you acknowledge and accept this when posting.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age and any parental-consent requirements that apply to you under the laws of your state and jurisdiction, and you agree to comply with those laws. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you.

The Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information and the associated account.
